Please be sure to have all of the following documents prior filing your taxes:
- Copy of last year's tax returns
- Proof of Identity (Driver's license, Tribal ID CARD)
- All forms (W-2's, 1098 & 1099)
- Information on other income (Stipends, Gaming winnings, Per capita)
- Information for deductions/credits
- Proof of account or direct deposit of refund (Voided check or information from the ban routing number)
- Social Security and/or itin cards for you, your spouse and all dependents listed
Failure to provide all of the information will delay the process of filing your taxes.
