The Gila River Indian Community is happy to announce the establishment of the El Paso Natural Gas Scholarship available for high school students. The funds have been designated for the purpose of serving high school students who are attending and receiving course  credit at a private or preparatory school, summer school, and college bound programs.

The scholarship is meant to address the educational needs of the student by covering the cost of tuition and books. Please read the attached El Paso Natural Gas Scholarship Policies and Procedures for more in-depth coverage of the requirements of the scholarship.

To be eligible for the El Paso Natural Gas Scholarship, the applicant must:

1. Be an enrolled member of the Gila River Indian Community.
2. Be a high school student attending a private or Preparatory School, College Bound Program, or a Summer School Program you are attending
3. Be properly admitted at the school you are planning on attending.
4. Meet the established deadline for the El Paso Natural Gas Scholarship. 
5. Have an overall grade point average at or above a 2.5 level.
