Down Payment Assistance
Up to $50,000.00 for Income Qualified GRIC Tribal Members
The purpose of the Down Payment / Closing Cost Assistance Program is to encourage home ownership. The Gila River Indian Community (“Community”) Department of Community Housing (“DCH”) will utilize NAHASDA funds for eligible program applicants, and provide assistance up to $50,000.00 or 50 percent of any down payment required from a low income homebuyer,
