Department of Rehabiltation and Supervision
The Department of Rehabilitation and Supervision acts as the primary jail facility for the Gila River Indian Community police department and other law enforcement agencies authorized to arrest on tribal lands. DRS provides tribal court and law enforcement a full-service jail/detention program that can effectively maintain custody of most detainees and sentenced offenders from the point of initial intake up to ten years.
